Trading involves risk. This page explains the nature of those risks so you understand the reality of the environment you are choosing to operate in.

1. No guarantees of profit

Continuum Trading does not guarantee profits, payouts, funding, consistency or any specific trading outcome. Markets are uncertain, and even experienced traders face losses. The work we provide is educational and developmental, not predictive or financial advice.

2. You can lose money

Trading leveraged products, CFDs, futures and forex carries a high level of risk. You can lose some or all of the capital you deposit with a broker or prop firm. You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

3. Past performance does not indicate future results

Any examples, case studies, milestones, or outcomes shown by members or founders do not guarantee future performance. They represent individual experiences at a specific moment in time.

4. No financial advice

Continuum Trading is not a financial advisor, broker or investment manager. Nothing we publish — written, spoken or inside any course or community — should be interpreted as:

• financial advice
• investment recommendations
• instructions to buy or sell any instrument
• a personalised trading strategy

All decisions you make in markets are your responsibility alone.

5. Prop firm participation has risk

Prop firm evaluations, funded accounts and payouts are controlled by third-party companies that may change rules, decline applications, adjust drawdown parameters or remove accounts at their discretion. Continuum Trading has no control over these external organisations.

6. The psychological risks

Trading places strain on behaviour, self-image and identity. Emotional volatility, impulsivity, overconfidence and avoidance can materially impact trading results. Any work done inside Education or Community requires maturity, accountability and the capacity to manage your own decisions.

7. No guaranteed timeline of improvement

Developing as a trader takes time. Your pace, results and level of progress depend on your own effort, history, emotional capability, environment and choices.

8. Responsibility

By engaging with Continuum Trading — including the Education platform, Community environment or any associated content — you accept full responsibility for your trading decisions, financial outcomes and personal development.

9. If you do not accept this risk

If any part of this disclosure is unacceptable to you, you should not trade and should not join any Continuum product or service.
