REFUND & CANCELLATIONS POLICY

REFUNDS

At Continuum Trading, we maintain a clear policy: there are no refunds.

As outlined in our terms of service, we are committed to providing extensive resources to support traders. Given the significant investment of time, energy, and effort we make, we want to ensure our members are dedicated to their success and serious about their future. If this does not describe you, that's perfectly fine. We recognize that not everyone will be a good fit for our platform or trading methodology.

POLICY DETAILS

The Continuum Trading monthly subscription plan is non-refundable. By subscribing, you agree, adhere, and accept that Continuum Trading will assume (with your electronic signature, payment, and fingerprint) that you wish your subscription to start immediately and that you consent to Continuum Trading providing you with the relevant access and subscription contents.

Upon accessing the Continuum Trading Community membership is active and services are redeemed.

The Continuum Trading Community "Monthly" Subscription is billed automatically each month unless canceled by you. By subscribing to this package, you agree and consent to this. The Continuum Trading Community "Monthly" subscription can be canceled at any time before the next renewal.

You can cancel your Continuum Trading subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the Continuum Trading platform through the end of your billing period. If you wish to cancel your Continuum Trading Community Subscription at any time, you can do so via your account with upgrade.chat, please refer to the following instructions : https://docs.upgrade.chat/customer-questions.

Please remember that it is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before it renews. Failure to cancel a subscription before it renews will not result in a refund.

Continuum Trading is not responsible if you forget to cancel your membership prior to the renewal date, and no refunds will be provided if this happens. In this event, you have one more month to take advantage of the Continuum Trading content and community. Disputing subscriptions will result in an immediate ban from Continuum Trading, and payment service providers will be referred to this agreement.
