Refunds and Cancellations

Continuum Trading provides digital educational products and access based services. Because of the nature of these products, and the immediate value delivered once access is granted, our refund structure is intentionally clear and firm.
1. Continuum Education
No refunds are offered for the Continuum Education platform.
This is a digital product with instant access to the full curriculum. Once purchased, all content becomes available immediately. That includes frameworks, video lessons, training resources and any supporting material. Digital access cannot be returned.
For this reason, all Education purchases are final and non refundable.
2. Continuum Community
Community access is billed on a monthly basis. Because it provides immediate access to private channels, live calls, archives and active environments, monthly payments are non refundable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. After this date, access will automatically end unless you restart your subscription.
3. Accidental purchases
We cannot offer refunds for accidental purchases, duplicate purchases, or situations where a member did not intend to complete checkout. You are responsible for checking your order details before confirming payment.
4. Payment failures and access removal
If a payment fails, the system may automatically attempt to rebill your chosen payment method. If payment does not resolve, access to the relevant product may be suspended until the payment is completed.
5. Unauthorised access and behaviour
Continuum Trading reserves the right to remove access without refund in cases of:
- account sharing or selling access to others
- redistribution or copying of content
- breach of confidentiality inside private environments
- abusive or harmful behaviour toward members or staff
These actions damage the environment for everyone and will not be tolerated.
